"There is nothing new to be said. Whatever I had to say, I have already said in my books. Now you must all try to understand it and continue with your endeavors. Whether I am present or not present doesn't matter. Just as Krsna is living eternally, the living being also lives eternally. But especially... kirtir yasya sa jivati: 'One who has done service to the Lord lives forever.' You have been taught to serve Krsna, and with Krsna we'll live eternally. Our life is eternal. Na hanyate hanyamane sarire: the disappearance of the temporary body doesn't matter. The body is meant for disappearance. So, live forever by serving Krsna. Thank you very much." Sirla Prabhupada describes transcendental reading:

"To hear about Krishna from Vedic literatures, or to hear from Him directly through the Bhagavad-Gita, is itself righteous activity. And for one who hears about Krishna, Lord Krishna, who is dwelling in everyone's heart, acts as a best-wishing friend and purifies the devotee who constantly engages in hearing of Him. In this way, a devotee naturally develops his dormant transcendental knowledge. As he hears more about Krishna from the Bhāgavatam and from the devotees, he becomes fixed in the devotional service of the Lord. By development of devotional service one becomes freed from the modes of passion and ignorance, and thus material lusts and avarice are diminished. When these impurities are wiped away, the candidate remains steady in his position of pure goodness, becomes enlivened by devotional service and understands the science of God perfectly. Thus bhakti-yoga severs the hard knot of material affection and enables one to come at once to the stage of asaḿśayaḿ-samagram, understanding of the Supreme Absolute Truth Personality of Godhead." From reading in the car before work begins
To lunch time breaks to get a few pages in
Devotees were determined and motivated to learn
More and more where Srila Prabhupada was concerned

So Monday book club took of with ease
We met and shared our favourite memories
From the love that devotees had for his divine Grace
To book distribution that reached a rapid pace

And project after project Prabhupads strength grew
Even after His passing, he is born anew
Through teachings that we continue to pursue
And distributing books, to which He always stayed true

One more book complete
And another to pursue
The Blue Lotus Book Club

Srila Prabhupada was most enlivened to hear the report of New Govardhana Farm. His Divine Grace in the last month or so has been stressing the importance of these farm projects, and said, “This is the next aspect of Krsna consciousness which I wish to push forward. If I am able to travel again, then I shall visit the farms and make them perfect. On these farms we can demonstrate the full varnasrama system. If these farms become successful then the whole world will be enveloped by Krsna consciousness.
